Fall has arrived! Wilting trees lining the streets introduce their reds, oranges and golds to the world and the smell of snow becomes all too familiar through out the short-lived days.
Fall also means cold and flu season. No matter what I do, I always get a cold at the beginning of the season. Luckily, I have been able to avoid the flu, but with many concerns around us this year, I don’t want to take the chance of getting something worse than the common head cold. And with avoiding catching anything greater than a head cold, it means staying out of the public eye.
